How do you deliver my order?
We offer free delivery to businesses and organizations within Honiara. For other locations, please contact our sales team for more details and shipping options.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For Honiara customers, we aim to deliver your order within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) if you place it before 3pm and we have the items in stock. In some cases, we may be able to deliver on the same day with prior arrangement.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by direct bank transfer, cash, cheque (approval required) or account (approval required). Please note that we require upfront payment or an approved account before we can process your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order online?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order online. However, you will need a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and invoice. You can also create an account if you want to save your details and track your orders.
What does back order mean?
Back order means that the product is currently out of stock but we can order it for you from our suppliers. Depending on the product, delivery may take from 1 to 4 weeks. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time when you place your order.
How do I request a quote?
If you need a quote for a specific product or service, you can click the “Request Quote” button on the product page and add it to your quote list. When you have added all the products you want, click the red quote icon on the top right of your screen and fill in your contact details. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. You can also call us on 22770 if you have any questions or need products that are not listed on our website.
