Managed service customers receive priority support. Urgent issues are typically responded to within 30 minutes during business hours, with less urgent requests handled in line with agreed service levels.
Do you support Microsoft 365?
Yes. We are an experienced Microsoft Partner and supply, configure, secure, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint as part of our IT Care offering.
Do I need an online account to work with you?
No. Online accounts are optional and mainly used for ordering or quote requests. Most business customers work directly with our team and have services managed on an ongoing basis.
How do I request a quote or discuss my IT requirements?
You can request a quote via the website or contact us directly. For business customers, we often recommend a short discussion first so we can propose a solution that fits your operational needs rather than just a list of products.
How do you deliver equipment?
We offer free delivery to business customers within Honiara. Where equipment requires setup or configuration, delivery is coordinated as part of the overall service. Shipping to provincial locations can be arranged on request.
How long does it take to receive equipment?
If equipment is in stock locally, delivery within Honiara is typically within one business day. Where items need to be sourced from overseas, we will confirm lead times before proceeding.
What does back order mean?
A back order means the item is not currently in local stock but can be ordered from our suppliers. Typical lead times for hardware range from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the product. Software is usually same day delivery or within a couple of days depending in the product.
How do I pay for equipment or services?
For equipment purchases, payment is required prior to supply unless an approved account is in place. Managed IT services and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are usually billed monthly based on the agreed service level.
