What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Initially, we are only offering deliveries to business and organizations within the Honiara municipality.  However, we are able to ship to provincial centres but special conditions apply. Please contact our sales team for further details.

Digital content and software licenses can of course be delivered anywhere in the world.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Next day delivery (excluding weekends and holidays) will be available on most order placed before 3pm.

Under exceptional circumstances and with prior arrangement orders can be delivered on the same day.

How Do I Track My Order?

Order status will be available on the website and updated by email where appropriate.

How Do I Place an Order?

Browse our website and add the products you would like to order to your shopping cart.

When you are ready, complete the checkout process, selecting your preferred payment method (direct bank transfer, cash, cheque [approval required] or account [approval required]) and delivery address (must be a business address in Honiara unless you are ordering software).

When you have finished the order process, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Please note that unless you have an account facility with Positive Developments SI Ltd, upfront payment will be required before we can process your order.  This means, you will need to transfer payment to us or arrange for payment to be collected or dropped off.

How Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?

Do I need to create an account to Place an Order on the online shop?

You will require at least a working email address to request a quotation from us.   If you accept the quotation provided, you will be asked to fill in other details including Shipping and Billing addresses. This is important for us to deliver your order in the right person and address. Get in contact with us (Ph: 22770) if you are not sure with any of it.

What does Back Order mean?

Back Order means the product is currently out of stock in our shop but can be ordered on your behalf if you place an order and pay for it with us.  Depending on the product, delivery can range from 1 – 4 weeks.  We are more likely to deliver within 2 weeks.

How can i request a Quotation?

You can view the online shop but you will need to create a login account to request a quotation. You will need a working email address and a password to login. Once logged in, each product will have a ‘Request Quote” under it. Click every product you want included in your quotation and submit. We will get in contact with you soon after the quotation request is received. Call Ph 22770 if you have questions.
